We are very happy that you want to live off Base. Guam gives you so much more opportunities with such a colorful experience. Check your OHA amount for Guam before starting your home search. (Remember Guam is not BHA) 

If Single or with a Family - we have Homes available for all your needs. Verify your OHA amount, Select your favorite Home or Condo, then we can setup a home showing.

Contact our office, let us know what home you are interested in. Then we can schedule  a home tour.

Once a home tour is scheduled we can walk you through the home. If  you decide this is the home for you, we will prepare the Lease Agreement. 

Terms and Conditions - all Lease Agreements are customized for each Home. Security Deposit and the details of the Agreement will be prepared. 

Our staff will help you with the Military Housing Office. We will coordinate the review, approval, and the Inspection of the home. You need not worry because we have the experience and the knowledge to make your move-in experience effortless. 

Our staff understands the Military Housing Inspection process. They have successfully undergone numerous inspections and achieved successful approvals. Ultimately leading to quick move-ins and happy tenants. 

Once approved, our staff will set-up a move- in date and coordinate all the necessary requirements for the move-in such as: Utility connection, postal delivery, trash pick-up and security checks, if desired. 

Our staff will do a final walk through the house to ensure it meets all your needs. Once satisfied, we will give you the keys and the house is yours. Congratulations! You're an ICONIC Tenant.
